Tasks

Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment

Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs

Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures

Plan the re-organization of operations

Supervise staff

Provide customer service

Train staff

Oversee development of communication strategies

Manage knowledge

Coaching

Offer mentoring

Plan and control budget and expenditures

Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies

Condition:

Salary 55.00 to 65.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 37.5 hours per Week

Main duties:

· Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of a public or private sector establishment

· Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs

· Provide guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures; ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements; and prepare submissions and filings with regulatory bodies

· Plan the reorganization of the operations of an establishment

· Develop business and maintain the customer relationship.

· Organize the implementation of the company’s annual business development plan.

· Define training plan and coach the stuffs on business skills.

Employment requirements:

· A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline is usually required.

· A graduate degree in business administration may be required.

· 10 years of relevant work experience.

· Business development experience and customer management experience on business consulting.

· Consulting experience and consultant team management experience.

· Experience on cooperation business management experience or business process reengineering experience.

· People management experience and leadership abilities.

· PMP certification

· Six sigma black belt certification or above
