Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign scheduling and coordinating daily product shipments;
- Supervise warehouse department needs, coordinate with customer service department when needed, and daily task planning
- Verify end-of-day goods issued and ensure stock accuracy
- Perform timely and accurate product shipping procedures, including pulling and packing of orders and processing in shipping computer.
- Train staff on job duties and new processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment use
- Responsible for selecting and working with parcel carriers and ensure proper set up of trucks
- Communicate with customs brokers and transport companies as needed
- Perform regular cycle counting and product inventory in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Warehouse experience 2 years – 3 years
- No option for remote working
- Ability to perform mathematical quotations related to inventory control.
- Proficient in MS Excel, SAP (FI/CO/ HR/ MM/ OT SD)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Accurate, client focus, interpersonal skills, organized and use of judgement
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Ability to work well with others as a team.
Additional Information:
- Full-Time $26.50 per hour
- Typical standard business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
