Administrative Assistant

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Location: 10906 Hurontario St., Suite D7, Brampton, ON, L7A 3R9, Canada
Workplace: On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Salary: $34.50 per hour/ 30 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent Full-time Employment, Day, Overtime, Weekend
Starts: As soon as possible

Responsibilities/Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, Open and distribute mail and other materials, Plan and organize daily operations, Establish and implement policies and procedures, Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries, Compile data, statistics and other information, Respond to employee questions and complaints, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, Perform data entry, Provide customer service ,Maintain and manage digital database.
