Job duties and Responsibilities: -

• Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. 
• Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement company policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls.
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Hire team and provide training and assign the duties as per the project.
• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
