Job Duties

In no specific order, candidates with the following skill-set/knowledge/education will be well versed in the following duties:  

Experience with Goss Community SSC or equivalent, as a Supervisor, first, or second position Press Operator 

• Able to key inks on units

• Identify/manage ink and water balance during press runs

• Mount and remove plates

• Web up, Re-web

• Manual Registration 

• Set rollers

• Mechanically inclined

• Set folder to common sizes

• Set tension 

• Engage/disengage units

• Leadership skills

• Appropriately time jobs for expediency, proficiency and delivery 

• Keen attention to detail

• Understanding and practice of quality control, ensuring all work produced is above industry standards

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

• A combination of on-the-job training, specialized high school, college or industry courses

Experience

5 years or more

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Salary: $30 per hour
