Salary: $48600 per annum

Working hours: 35 hours per week

U-Target Energy Ltd., established in 2013, is a technology-oriented company primarily focusing on the Research and Development (R&D) as well as manufacturing of Measurement While Drilling (MWD) and Logging While Drilling (LWD) tools. Our key engineers possess more than 15 years of experience in MWD/LWD Tool R&D and manufacturing. Our core objective is to deliver the next generation of MWD/LWD tools, along with 24-hour technical support and high-quality directional services, catering to both our local and overseas customers. In light of these operations, our warehouse is in need of an Inventory and Logistics Supervisor to effectively manage and oversee our inventory and logistics operations. The Inventory and Logistics Supervisor will perform the following duties:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy using the Odoo warehouse system and physical counts for high-volume goods movement;
  • Continuously assess warehouse and logistics processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor raw materials inventory to ensure availability for manufacturing; procure materials when needed;
  • Create daily work orders, schedules, and distribute raw materials to mechanical and electrical departments;
  • Process and track orders, ensuring timely and proper shipment receipt;
  • Address inquiries and complaints about defective goods; monitor maintenance status and provide customer feedback;
  • Handle payables and receivables; issue accurate and timely invoices and billing;
  • Manage cost accounting, aligning cost calculations with inventory; collaborate with the accounting department to reduce costs and drive growth;
  • Build strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries, resolve supply issues, and negotiate favorable procurement terms;
  • Generate routine reports on inventory turnover, stock levels, order fulfillment rates, and relevant metrics for management decisions;
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all inventory transactions and shipping documents;
  • Provide training for warehouse staff, enhancing skills, efficiency, and promoting a culture of continuous learning;
  • Ensure warehouse and logistics operations adhere to safety and environmental regulations.



  • Completion of a college diploma or higher education level.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in using Odoo warehouse management software is advantageous.
  • Capable of comprehending and adhering to instructions, with a quick learning ability; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, high accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and adept at effectively utilizing technology for task execution.
  • Competent in cost analysis for cost accounting and optimization.
  • Displays effective time management skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Able to perform and remain composed in demanding situations.
