Two full-time, permanent Cooks are required by “I AM PHO” restaurant, located at #105- 16070 24 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3Z 0R5
The salary range is $16.75-$18.00 p/h.
The successful applicant will be required to
- Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
Applicants should have:
At least two years of commercial cooking experience
OR
completion of college or other programs in cooking
Must speak English.
Experience in Vietnamese cuisine is an asset. The Vietnamese language is also an asset as all staff and most clients and suppliers speak Vietnamese.
