Job Requirements: Must be client focused, accurate, organized, dependable, flexible, team player, having effective interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and must be able to supervise 5-10 people
Job Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Conduct performance reviews, Organize and Maintain Inventory, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Recruit, train and supervise staff
Experience Required: 7 months to less than 1 year
Education required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
