Job location: 1130 Table Mountain Street Pincher Creek, AB

Salary: $ 18/Hour, minimum 35 hours per week 

Duties and responsibilities 

•       Assists the General Manager with the restaurant’s daily operations

•       supports the team to ensure that our most important people, our Guests, and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish

•      Hire and train new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

•      Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

•      Address customers’ complaints or concerns

•      Maintain a positive composure and thrives in a fast paced environment

•      Perform the duties of employees supervised which includes but not limit to serving table, seat customers and clean tables, etc.

Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of a college diploma related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
• At least 2 years of experience in the food service industry supervisory role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
