At Horizon garage, they provide guests with premium auto detailing services in the heart of Calgary all year round.  
Their flexible packages for both interior and exterior detailing includes complete hand washing, drying of the vehicle’s exterior, degreasing and power washing of wheels, inner fenders and door panels. Detailed interior cleaning includes vacuuming of the seats, carpets, floor mats, and trunk. Deep cleaning & shampooing of floor mats, plus cleaning of glass and instrument panels and deodorizing of the passenger compartment.

Salary: $26.50/h, 35 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other document
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Answer employee’s and customer’s concerns and complaints
  • Settle payment for clients after the service is rendered

Job Requirements:

·         Completion of secondary school is required and a college diploma in business administration is preferred.

·         Previous experience as an administrative assistant is an asset.

·         Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and publisher).

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

·         Organized and detail oriented.

·         Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
