Job Description

Terms of Employment:

Permanent full-time, 37.50 hours per week


Salaries and wages:

$32.50 per hour


Duties and Responsibilities:

1.      Reporting directly with Senior Marketing Coordinator and will provide support and assistance in the marketing of the company’s services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns as well as support in managing the day-to-day activities of the sales team; 

2.      Assist in the preparation of marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data;   

3.      Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, and client retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility;

4.      Assist in the development and maintaining of social media accounts and handle customer service and management of customers or client’s reviews;

5.      Providing support and assistance to Senior Marketing Coordinator in the development of strategic immigration plan for new and existing clients based on the immigration policy and rules; 

6.      Act as an ambassador together with the Senior Marketing Coordinator by promoting the services/brand of the Mackenzie Immigration, including hosting visitors, speaking at workshops, conferences and meetings to provide consultation on new areas of the market and planning as and when required; and

7.      Assist the external Marketing Advertising Company in conducting all online marketing and promotions.  



Education: University degree or college diploma in Business administration, marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing.

Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant work experience as a marketing representative or in a related occupation are required.
