Salary: $ 18/Hour,  35-40 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise store daily operations

• Train new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies

• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns

• Perform the duties of employees supervised which includes but not limit to making drinks, food, tea, toppings and taking orders

Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of a college diploma related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
• At least 1 years of experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Supervisory experience in the food service industry is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
