Salary: $50,000/year, minimum 40 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervise and Coordinate store daily operations
• Create, review and revise schedules
• Train all new staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Complete sales report regarding sales volume, in order to maintain records of stock, to prevent inventory shrink and to order more supplies
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Promote a positive attitude and moral and instill a passion in each staff member for superb customer service
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Trouble shoot debit/credit/cash issues

Employment requirements

• Completion of a college diploma related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
• At least 2 years of experience in the food service industry
• Supervisory experience in the food service industry is an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
