Sushi Boat offers an extensive and diverse menu for you to try with over seventy items to choose from, including specialty items such as Alberta Sunrise or the Spicy Tuna Roll. Try the traditional Sake with your meal or sample one our fine imported Japanese Beers. Each dish passes by your table on a floating Sushi boat and is carefully prepared by our acclaimed team of Sushi Chefs.

Duties and responsibility:

·         Greet Patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages

·         Take orders and relay to kitchen and sushi bar staff

·         Serve food and beverages

·         Provide customer service

·         Present bills to customers and accept payment

·         Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate is required;
• Experience working in a restaurant is an asset, on the job training will be provided
• Able to stand for long periods of time;
• Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled;
