3 full time, permanent Cooks are required by:
Pho Super Bowl Restaurant Ltd (doing business as Pho Super Bowl) at 555 Clarke Road, Coquitlam, BC V3J 3X4
Salary range $16.25-$18.00 p/h.
Must speak English. Vietnamese is an asset as all staff and most clients and suppliers speak Vietnamese.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Hire and train kitchen staff
Applicants should have:
- 2 years Vietnamese restaurant cooking experience, OR
- Completion of college or other program in cooking and 1 year Vietnamese restaurant cooking experience
