Salary:                                    $23.00 to $45.00 / hour      (To be negotiated)

Education:                             Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:                           1 to less than 7 months

Work site environment:       Wet/damp, Noisy, Dangerous

Work setting:                         Urban area, Rural area, Remote location

Personal suitability:             Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Judgement, Team player

Tasks

Train or arrange for training, Maintain a shift log of production and other data, Operate multi-function central process control machinery, Prepare production and other reports, Co-ordinate and supervise production crew such as machine and process operators, tenders, assistants and helpers, Start-up and shut-down systems, Ensure adherence to safety regulations, Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, Maintain clean and safe work environment

Supervision:                         3-4 people

Equipment and machinery experience:   Safety equipment

Work conditions and physical capabilities

Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination
