Salary: $22/hour

Benefit: 4% vacation paid

Duties and responsibility:

• Preparing product
• Loading and unloading product
• Trains, develops, motivates and supervise and co-ordinate staff and cashiers
• Assign staff to duties and prepare work schedules
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortage
• Working to ensure consistency in quality, portions and presentation, in a timely manner.
• Team environments are where you thrive. Leads by example in working with the crew  to accommodate changes to menu with seamless coordination and professionalism.
• Maintains food sanitation and safety standards at all times
• Maintains daily food procurement and preparation via inventory tracking and incoming orders in conjunction with upcoming events.
• You are ready to jump in and get your hands dirty--you have a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff and monitor and report on performance
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the food truck are maintained, such as food truck displays, signage and cleanliness
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised
  
  

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Previous sales experience is required
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Shifts include 30 to 40 hours per week: including evenings, weekends, and holidays
