Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Proofread marketing materials and organizational reports.
  • Check motel mail box and emails as a daily routine, and distribute accordingly.
  • Maintain appointment calendar for the management and keeps him/her informed of scheduled commitments.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Maintains files and equipment in an orderly and professional manner.
  • Answers incoming calls and checks & replys voicemail.
  • Work with paper documents, electronic files, or a mixture of both, and to keep them organized and accessible.
  • Having clear, well-documented office policies and procedures, such as organizational mission and structure, administrative procedures, workplace health and safety, etc. 
  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Positive attitude
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook required.
  • Completion of a college diploma in business or related filed is required. 
  • 2-3 years of working experience is required.
