Job duties and Responsibilities: -

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in sales of automotive vehicles.
• Manage staff and assign tasks and follow-up coworkers for the successful completion of tasks.
• Study market and analyse trends to determine consumer demand. Establish and implement marketing strategies to increase sales volumes.
• Determine automotive vehicles and addon services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
• Negotiate with vendors and traders when necessary to procure merchandise for resale.
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues.
• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff.
