Job Title: President – Trade, Broadcasting and other services
Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position
Salary: $ 57.00 per hour for 37.5 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
Job duties:
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives, policies and programs for the development of the Restaurant.
- Purchase all material, human and financial resources required for the efficient working of policies and programs of the restaurant.
- Improve operational management systems as well as examine financial and administrative controls of the Restaurant.
- Help in promotional Campaigns of the restaurant that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Plan and perform overall personnel planning and related standards for the Restaurant
- Develop, organize and implement the establishment of the major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Build alliances, oversee and co-ordinate the performance of the organization’s departments.
- Selection of middle managers, directors or other executive staff when necessary.
Language: English
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5 years or more
