Education: Completion of Secondary School
Language: English.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience work in a commercial kitchen

Duties may include but are not limited to the following items:

·       Prepare and cook authentic Japanese ramen, including soup stock, sauces, and toppings

·       Prepare, cook and package ramen ingredients for wholesale, and food service customers

·       Assist chef with production planning, inventory, and supply ordering

·       Clean and sanitize equipment to maintain a facility that exceeds food safety requirements

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       Train under the chef to operate all equipment in the kitchen including sous vide, pressure cooker, stock pot burners, induction burners, dehydrator, deep fryer, mixer and food processor

·       Train and supervise kitchen support staff
