Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills

Serve customers at counters or buffet tables ,Package take-out food,Stock refrigerators and salad bars

Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs ,Take customers' orders

Prepare, heat and finish simple food items ,Portion and wrap foods

Dishwashing Skills

lean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units ,Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand ,Scour pots and pans ,Place dishes in storage area

Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
