Job requirements:-

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Team player, Interpersonal awareness, Judgment, Initiative, Accurate, Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Dependability

 Specific Skills:-

• Assist clients/guests with special needs, co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Requisition materials and supplies, Hire and train staff in job duties,
• Resolve work-related problems and do other duties as the workers supervised
