Sometimes we receive questions about using the service. Here are some of the answers to those questions.
1. How does the service work?
It's easy, if you're a Jobseeker registration is free. You can create a profile, add a resume and apply for jobs. If you're an Employer, you can register for free, and purchase a job listing package to post jobs and contact Jobseekers.
2. How much does it cost?
The service is free for Jobseekers. There is a selection of pricing plans for Employers to advertise. Click here to see our full pricing options.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept all credit cards or payments using Paypal. At no time, do we collect, store or ask for your credit or financial information.
Furthermore, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card. You can just enter your payment information below the Paypal Login where it says pay by credit or debit card.
We also accept cheques and money orders but must be received before your subscription is activated.

Please send your email money transfer to the email email@example.com when using the email money transfer method and the password can be set as ahkijobs .

4. How do I post my job(s)?
To be able to post jobs, you must first be registered and logged in as an employer. Next, you must purchase a product, based on your needs. Once a product is purchased, it will automatically be added to your account. To begin posting, go to 'My Jobs' located on the my account menu or choose 'Post Jobs' on the top navigation menu. You have full management over your job posts. You can post, edit, deactivate and delete them as you wish. As well, you can prepare questionnaires to screen your applicants, keep track of your statistics and even add sub users to your account. Give it try today!
5. How do I reset my password?
Go to the sign-in page, click 'forgot your password?'. Enter your email address and follow the prompts in the email sent to you.
6. I have purchased a product and require a receipt. How can I retrieve this?
All receipts/invoices can be retrieved in my account under 'My Invoices'. Click 'View Invoice' to download a copy.
7. I want to have an anonymous profile, is this possible?
No, employers and jobseekers are required to give accurate names and company information/details including a logo phone and complete contact information. Failure to comply with have your account deleted or suspended
8. Can I upload my resume so Employers can view it?
Yes, you have the option to upload your resume on your profile. You can send this to Employers when you apply for jobs.
9. Can I view Jobseeker resumes?
Yes, if the Jobseeker has uploaded a resume.
10. What if I notice someone has posted something offensive?
We constantly review our website for any offensive or inappropriate material. If you notice anything you feel is inappropriate, please contact us by using the "Flag This Job" feature on the job posting.
11. Where are my job and career advertisement syndicated and is there any fees to this service?
Your jobs and careers are posted and syndicated on Ahki's portals and networks that include but not limited to www.ahki.ca.
There is no fees for the extra listings on our network and portals.

Yes, Ahki Jobs is a 100% Indigenous owned and operated business from Aroland First Nation Ontario Canada.
