Job Description:

  • Accounts Payable including payment of invoices, employee expenses, credit card expenses,purchasing and maintenance of vendor files and creation of AR aging report
  • Accounts Receivable including issuing of invoices, creation of AR aging report, maintenance of receivables files and follow back with the clients for collections.
  • Preparing, printing, and releasing cheques, handling EFT and ACH payment
  • Prepare and enters fixed assets month – end amortization journal entries and other journal entries
  • Month end reconciliations includes Bank Reconciliations and Intercompany reconciliation
  • Payroll Administration, including biweekly payroll booking, month, and year end reconciliations
  • Able to generate the Employee utilization report on monthly basis to analyze the performance of each department, employee respectively and be able to give presentation in company monthly meetings and provide recommendation if required.
  • Record keeping and data entry
  • Able to help company in creation of sales forecasting report on weekly basis to look at the future trending and opportunities.
  • Support operation department in creation of Price Quotes, Purchase order on daily basis
  • Month end reporting includes Cash flow statements, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet, Work in progress and Project Profitability report
  • Help new employees in training of Deltek Workbook software as it is very crucial for the company operations.
  • Prepares Month – end schedules for Prepaid expenses, Accrued Cost

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Financial Planning and Wealth Management / Graduation in Accounting required
  • At least 2 year working knowledge of Deltek Workbook is highly required (It is a total agency management system that provides best practice solutions to help agency grow. Workbook makes it easier to focus on your clients and make strategic decisions for the future by streamlining projects, people, and finance from end-to-end, giving you better control, insight and visibility at any time) 
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting functions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Team and White Board software is required to conduct meeting smoothly.
  • Demonstrated effective, efficient, and accurate data entry skills.
