Job Summary:

OPA! SOUVLAKI OF GREECE in Harvey Ave., Kelowna, British Columbia branch is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Office Manager position.

Duties includes:
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Established work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and responsible in maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and data reports correspondence to restaurant supplies

Wages and Benefits: Wages of $25.00 per hour, for minimum of 30 hours per week. 

Work Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position is required. Must have a strong command in English language both written and oral communication.

Education: Completion of high school education is required.
