Peel Car Sales is a Canadian car dealership and car loaning company. Our huge inventory of over 150 cars comprises of Full-sized, Mid-sized and Classic Sedans, Hatchbacks, SUV’s, Minivans, and Trucks. We are an OMVIC certified and licensed used car dealership. OMVIC is responsible for administering Ontario’s Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, to ensure a fair, safe and informed marketplace in Ontario by protecting the rights of consumers, enhancing industry professionalism and ensuring fair, honest and open competition for registered motor vehicle dealers.

Job Duties:

Job duties and Responsibilities: -
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• May supervise records management technicians and related staff, updating calendar on timely manner.
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
