A full-time, permanent Cook is required by Banh Mi Thai Hang 2 Vietnamese Restaurant Ltd. at 1198 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5V 3C8   Salary range $16.75-$18.00 p/h. plus share of tips   Must speak English. Vietnamese is an asset as all staff and most clients and suppliers speak Vietnamese.   The successful applicant will be required to - Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes - Supervise kitchen staff and helpers - Manage kitchen operations - Inspect kitchens and food service areas - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment - Clean kitchen and work areas   Applicants must have Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety or Two years of commercial cooking experience   Please email your resume to thaihangvietnamesebc@gmail.com
