I AM PHO

​ Two fu ll-time, permanent Cooks are required by “I AM PHO” restaurant, located at #105- 16070 24 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3Z 0R5   The salary range is $16.75-$18.00 p/h.   The successful applicant will be required to - Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes - Inspect kitchens and food service areas - Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food - Order supplies and equipment - Supervise kitchen staff and helpers - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment - Clean kitchen and work areas - Manage kitchen operations   Applicants should have: At least two years of commercial cooking experience OR completion of college or other programs in cooking   Must speak English. Experience in Vietnamese cuisine is an asset.
