Nagomi Sushi is hiring an experienced Japanese Cook in Whistler.    Preparing Sushi and cooking other Japanese traditional food and all kitchen food from the menu Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness Discuss improvements of menus, foods and quality of service with the chefs Assist chefs in creating new menu Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Train and supervise kitchen helpers Clean kitchen when necessary   Qualifications: Completion of secondary school 1 year of commercial cook experience Previous Japanese restaurant cooking experience an asset   Full-time, Permanent All season, 30+ hours per week $19.50 per hour Language of work is English Benefits: 4% vacation pay, extended health plan.
