2 full time, permanent Cooks are required by   Saigon Noodle House Restaurant at 2401 Cliffe Ave, Courtenay, BC V9N 2L5   Salary range $16.50 -$18.00 p/h. Must speak English. Vietnamese is an asset as all staff and most clients speak Vietnamese. The sucessful applicant will be required to Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers Oversee kitchen operations Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Hire and train kitchen staff.
