DBA Pho 68 at 7360 Edmonds St, Burnaby, BC V3N 1A8.   The salary range is $16.75-$18.00 p/h.   The successful applicant will be required to - Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes - Inspect kitchens and food service areas - Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food - Order supplies and equipment - Supervise kitchen staff and helpers - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment - Clean kitchen and work areas - Manage kitchen operations   Applicants should have: Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or At least three years of commercial cooking experience   Applicants must speak English.
